GUHSD EMPLOYEES HONORED
Glendale Union High School District employees, including teachers and support staff members, were celebrated, on May 1 at the annual 25-Year Employee and Retiree Recognition Reception. Over 70 employees, were honored including 25-Year employees and retiring employees. Members of the GUHSD Governing Board superintendent, school principals, and supervisors were present to express their appreciation to the employees for their excellent service and contributions to our GUHSD students, families, schools, and the community.
To honor the 25-year employees for their years of service, each 25-year employee will be remembered by having their name with dates of service inscribed on a plaque that will hang in the District Office.
25-year employees from 2023-2024 included Karin Coen, Joanna Devlin, Sabrina Grader, Alyssa McMichael, and Herbert Zamar from Apollo; Corey McCallum from Cortez; Julie Patton and Jennifer Runger from Glendale; Laurenthia Bowling, Travis Kenyon, Ron Kordonowy, Ricky Keylor, Allan McRae, and Linda Parrott from Greenway; Kenyon Anthony and Nathalie Vaugelade from Independence; Edwardo Lopez, Cristobal Romero-Herrera, Ryan Swartz from Moon Valley; Rebecca Burton, Amber Geer, Lisa Preston, and Jeffrey Shillington from Sunnyslope; Lynn Frazin, Jason Latham, Nathan Mickelson, Ronald Pinkerton, Brent Wittenwyler, and Ryan Wolff from Thunderbird; Ty Bauer, Catherine Coronado, Dean Dahlstedt, Cinthia Darrow, Laurette Rabbat, Wendy Ramos, Any Ryan, and Robert Templeton from Washington; Angelina Miller from the Online Learning Academy, and Matt Belden, Tina Charette, Fred Holguin, Karol McCabe, and Donald Waymire from the District Office.
