If your teen is facing academic challenges, or simply seeking additional support, GUHSD is committed to providing a variety of support avenues to help improve their grades and reinforce learning. We understand that every student has unique needs, and we strive to offer tailored support to meet these needs.

♦ Teacher Assistance: Our dedicated teachers offer support before and after school and during EOP/Late Start Wednesdays. They can assist with content-specific instruction, test preparation, and assignment guidance. Please reach out to your child’s teacher for further details.
 

♦ Learning Centers: Every GUHSD school hosts a Learning Center, providing homework assistance and tutoring for all students. These centers are well-equipped to support various academic needs. For more information, contact the Title I Coordinator or Counselor at your school.

♦ Extended Media Center Hours: Our media centers continue offering extended hours, offering a conducive environment for students to get academic support, in a safe location. For specific days and times, please contact your school’s front office.
